Here are the step by step instructions:

Note that you need to create an unsubscribe success page in the funnel section first. This can be a simple page with your logo and the copy "unsubscribe successful" (this is what we refer to as the unsubscribe successful landing page). Once its created, connect it to the main domain for funnel landing pages. Then you can create an unsubscribe trigger link and workflow that once clicked, will mark the contact as DNC (do not contact) for email.

  1. Go to marketing → trigger links → Links
